Mr. Duc Do (MAppSc AI) has more than 30 years of leadership and implementation of digital transformation and innovation programs at international, national, local large and medium-sized enterprises in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, EU and Vietnam. In addition to the role of technology and business model leadership, he has also been in charge of building and developing senior and medium-level leaders and optimal organisational cultures at household brands such as Accenture, EDS/HP, Australia Post, and ANZ Banking Group.
He has an intimate and up-to-date understanding of the organisation culture and context of digital transformation in Vietnam, having been consulting for and training Vietnam Electricity (EVN), the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), the Central Government Office, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Ca Mau Province, and Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. He was one of the first Vietnamese born experts to receive a master’s degree in artificial intelligence in Australia. Throughout his long career, he has received many prestigious international and Australian awards for his contribution to digital transformation and advancing organisational cultures. These contributions include building an adaptive culture and the world’s leading enterprise architecture capability at Australia Post, recognised by Forrester in 2015. He also directly developed an ecommerce business with the highest financial success of Australia in the early 2000’s, listed on ASX (Australia) and LSX (London) stock exchanges, along with a range of pioneering technologies including digital cash and virtual reality, and created forerunner platforms for the likes of Shopify and WordPress in the late 1990s. He was honoured by Fairfax Australia as one of the 30 most promising young entrepreneurs in Australia in 2001. He is currently the CEO of ETLABS (strategy and solutions for digital transformation and Net Zero), CEO of Tech Five (strategy and solutions for Industry 5.0). He is also a Senior Advisor for the Vietnam-Australia Scholars & Experts Association (VASEA).
