The Vietnam-Australian Scholars & Experts Association (VASEA) are excited to honour the remarkable achievements of five outstanding Vietnamese-heritage Australian researchers, recognised among Australia’s top 250 researchers in 2024 by The Australian’s Research Magazine.

  1. Prof. Tuan Ngo, Vice-President of VASEA and a global leader in Civil Engineering & Building research at the University of Melbourne.
  2. Prof. Nam-Trung Nguyen, a pioneering force in Nanotechnology from Griffith University and a proud VASEA Honorary Member.
  3. A/Prof. Quang Minh Bui, an expert in Structural Engineering from Monash University, also a valued VASEA Member.
  4. Prof. Huu Hao Ngo, a leading authority in Environmental Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
  5. Prof. Xuan Duong, an esteemed scholar in Pure Mathematics from Macquarie University.
