On March 16, 2025, during a business trip to Queensland, Mrs. Jane Tran – Vice President of VASEA in charge of Education, Training, and International Relations – along with Mr. Duc Do – Senior Advisor of VASEA, met with 10 scholars and experts from the Association of Vietnamese Experts and Scholars in Queensland (AVESQ). These experts specialise in various fields, including public health, pharmaceuticals, robotics, linguistics, and economics etc.
During the meeting, Vice President Jane Tran provided updates on VASEA’s activities in 2024 and shared the organization’s strategies and plans for 2025. She also discussed how VASEA could support its members.
The meeting received positive feedback, with AVESQ experts expressing great interest in VASEA’s activities. They also proposed organising a more in-depth discussion about VASEA and officially launching the VASEA Queensland Chapter.
