President of the Vietnamese Australian Scholars and Experts Association (VASEA), Professor Duc Long Nghiem represented VASEA to participate in the Vietnam – Australia Digital Forum held on 4 August 2023 in Sydney within the framework of the Minister of Information and Telecommunication of Vietnam and the Member of the Party Central Committee – Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung’s visit to Australia. Immediately at the conclusion of the Forum, VASEA President Professor Duc Long Nghiem and Associate Professor Dr. Hoai Bac Dang signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between VASEA and the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT).
Previously, on 2 August 2023, in Melbourne, two VASEA Vice Presidents, Professor Duc Tuan Ngo and Ms. Jane Tran had a working session with the PTIT delegation of the Institute of Post and Telecommunications Technology. At the meeting, Professor Tuan and Ms. Jane introduced the capabilities and potentials of VASEA, as well as discussed directions for cooperation in international training and education between the two parties in the future.
