As Vietnam advances its capital market reform and seeks to attract greater foreign capital inflows, the Vietnam Corporate Governance Code 2026 has been officially launched by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
Aligned with the latest G20/OECD Principles, the new Code strengthens standards on board effectiveness, transparency, shareholder protection, risk management, and ESG integration. Notably, it adopts the internationally recognized “Comply or Explain” approach to encourage continuous improvement beyond minimum legal requirements.
In this context, we are pleased to invite you to a timely webinar exploring how organizations can effectively apply these evolving governance standards in practice to drive sustainable development and long-term resilience.
