With 30 years of experience across multiple global leadership and practitioner roles in different industries, Duc brings a rich set of perspectives that help large organisations plan and execute transformation with higher impact and lower risk.

His achievements include helping EVN-HCMC to become the first certified Digital Enterprise in Vietnam, Australia Post to turn a loss-making business around to become the number 1 logistics company in Australia, ANZ to expand its Asian institutional and commercial banking footprint as part of the Super Regional strategy, Telstra to transform its core billing and customer care systems, EDS to support the roll-out of world leading smart gate systems at airports in Singapore and Australia, Hong Kong Airport to double its baggage handling capacity, and founding one of Australia’s first 2 total digital solution service providers as early as in the mid 90s. These achievements were of course a product of teamwork from teams Duc either was a part of, or led as a Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, or Enterprise Architect.

He has received multiple awards from the Australian government, industry bodies and international associations for his contributions to transformation leadership.

Duc appears frequently at industry workshops to deliver keynotes and in-depth presentations on topics related to transformation. In the past 3 years, Duc and his team of Australian and New Zealand experts have been working closely with EVN and Vietnam’s government agencies to help accelerate the digital transformation and energy transition agenda.

Duc spends his free time mentoring the next generation of young leaders, or hanging out with his family, gardening, climbing mountains, running ultra races, photographing, writing books and playing music.
