[13 June 2023] Today, Dr. Huyen Vuong – General Secretary of the Vietnamese Australian Scholars and Experts Association (VASEA) had a meeting and exchange with Mrs. Vu Kim Hanh – the Chairwoman of the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Business Association and Director of the Center for Business Studies and Assistance (BSA).

Participating in the discussion with the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Pham Ha Minh – Deputy Director of BSA Centre and Head of the Executive Board of the Leading Business Club (LBC) and Ms. Le Hai Yen – a businesswoman.

During the working session, Dr. Huyen Vuong shared the formation of the VASEA. The association was established with the support of the Governments of two countries and played the role of a bridge to provide information, solutions and technology transfer in the fields of science and technology, international training and education and relations and policies, trade and investments for enterprises in the State and Private Sectors.

This year 2023 is the 50th anniversary of the establishment of foreign business relations between Vietnam and Australia. VASEA is also preparing its activities in the spirit to support this special year for strengthening the economic ties between two countries. These activities will take place from mid-August 2023 onwards.

VASEA truly hopes that there will be many support activities for businesses of the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Business Association. Through these activities, Australian businesses will have more change to access to Vietnamese businesses and vice versa.
