[24 May 2023] Vietnam’s ambassador to Australia visited Queensland from 22 – 24 May 2023 to strengthen the ties and to support Vietnamese community in the State. During the visit, the ambassador had a meeting with the Club of Vietnamese Scientists in Queensland (CVSQ) at the University of Queensland. Prof Dzung Dao, Vice President of VASEA, provided an overview of CVSQ’s activities in scientific research and collaboration with Vietnam. He highlighted the significant achievements and contributions made by CVSQ members in various scientific research fields, and in collaborations with Vietnam. The ambassador encouraged CVSQ to broaden its collaboration with Vietnamese communities in other States across Australia.
